The following letter of thanks was received from the of the Kanyenyeva Orphan Care Ministries –

I write this letter to you and to First English Evangelical Lutheran church on behalf of the children and the board at Kanyenyeva Orphan Care Ministries.

We are more than happy to hear that God has answered our prayer of a minibus.

When I shared this with the board, we could not believe it.  We have seen the hand of God in this and are very grateful to you.

We accept this gift with gladness and praise to God almighty.

The board, as well as myself, assures you that the funds that are going to be sent will be used for the purpose of purchasing a minibus that will be used to generate income for KOC.  The remaining funds, as suggested by Roscoe, will be used for fixing the vehicle and to register it so that the ministry owns it.

Please do inform our brothers and sisters at First English that we have accepted this gift and that we are very thankful to all those who gave their money, their time and more importantly their prayers.  We can’t find the best word to describe this gift.  It is an amazing present.
