What's Happening with the Youth at First English?

Senior High ZONE Retreat
*When?*	March 7th - 9th
*Where?*	Cincinnati
*Why?*	Because it's FUN

If you want to go you will need to have your $35.00 deposit to Becky or Tom Sarbach by January 15, 2008. Check your calendars now and plan on attending! Parents - Please determine whether your Sr. High Youth will be able to attend the retreat in March. If they are able to attend, we MUST have your $35.00 deposit by January 15th. If you aren't sure or have questions, please see or call Becky Sarbach. The total cost of the retreat is $155 and you can contact Pastor Andy, Trish or Becky to determine if your child has earned enough money. If they have not, there are still opportunities to do so. If you have questions ... please just ask!

Cookie Fundraiser
*When?*	Weekend of December 14th - 17th
*Where?*	First English Lutheran Church - Undercroft
*Why?*	Youth Fund Raiser for future retreat/mission trips

We will meet on Friday night the 14th to bake cookies. Saturday morning we will finish and package the cookies and sell them at all three services. Please make sure you sign up for any and all that you can help. This is a GREAT way to earn money towards your retreat/mission trips! Parents - Each youth will be asked to donate some baking items. Please contact Trish to find out what you can provide otherwise she will be contacting you soon.

*Where?*	First English Lutheran Church - Undercroft
*Why?*	Pre-game fun! BRING A FRIEND & your favorite game or movie

Parents - Guys should bring a 2 liter bottle of pop to share and the girls should bring a snack to share
